Job description

Your new company
We're working with a maintenance contractor to put together a team of trades staff to complete a 4 bedroom house renovation on a contract for a social housing provider on the Wakefield/Barnsley border.
Required trades include: Joiner, Plasterer, Plumber, Gas Engineer, Tiler.
Full-time roles until job completion.
All trades paying £19ph-£22ph dependent on pay type with the gas engineer paying slightly higher.
ASAP start.

Your new role
Joiner - Removing old kitchens and bathrooms, replacing all doors, new kitchen & bathroom installs, skirtings, architraves etc.
Plastering - Re-plastering all rooms (boarding where required, skimming all others).
Tiler - Re-tiling kitchens and bathrooms (walls and floors).
Plumber - Re-plumbing kitchen and bathroom appliances as well as repairing/maintaining any heating systems.
Gas engineer - Boiler service/repair work and also any gas appliances.

Will be aspects of demolition/removal works required as well as finishing/painting works.
All roles will require aspects of helping other trades as and when required.

What you'll need to succeed
Must have NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent in relevant trade (Gas engineer must have gas safe registration).
Must have own tools (materials will be provided).
At least 3 years working in relevant sector.
Previous domestic maintenance/refurb experience required.
2 satisfactory references from within the last 12 months.
Pictures of previous works completed beneficial but not essential.
