The Role:

As a Risk Manager, you'll drive risk management excellence across the business, ensuring the effective identification, assessment, and mitigation of financial, operational, and strategic risks. You'll engage senior stakeholders and enhance risk culture while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the Risk Management Framework, ensuring regulatory alignment.
  2. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across various business areas.
  3. Oversee Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and risk appetite management.
  4. Manage risk incidents, reporting insights to senior leadership.
  5. Support business continuity, resilience, and strategic risk initiatives.
  6. Drive emerging risk analysis and horizon scanning.
  7. Promote a strong risk culture through training and engagement.

About You:

  1. Experience in risk management within the London Market or insurance sector.
  2. Strong knowledge of risk frameworks, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
