Recruitment Resourcer

Reporting into the Teesside Divisional manager, the role will support the growth and success of the Teesside Branch.

Our Teesside team are passionate about helping clients find the best candidates for their vacancies. We're looking for someone who can support the Recruitment team in finding those people, working proactively with colleagues during the recruitment process.

We are looking for someone who is:

• methodical in approach
• well organised
• a good communicator
• tenacious and keen to do things right
• experienced working with IT systems and communication tools
