Deputy Home Manager (Nurse) Penarth CF64 - £57,425.00 PERMANENT

Rated GOOD by the CIW.

This salary will increase in April.

Working in a great care home in a great location, offering nursing care to its 45 residents, our professional standards are high. The home manager in place is a vastly experienced manager and would play an essential role in your professional development.

The home is run by a highly regarded charity, and this ethos is to be seen everywhere.

This is the perfect role for a 1st level Registered Nurse (holding a valid PIN) who is an experienced care team supervisor and is now ready for lead responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To act as the person in charge of the home in the absence of the Manager ensuring that legislation is adhered to and standards are maintained.
  2. To assist the Home Manager in handling residents' personal finances ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.
Package
  1. Great Basic Salary of £57,425.00
  2. 39 hours a week.
