About the role
As our Digital Marketing Manager you’ll develop our digital marketing strategy focused on achieving conversions across multiple B2B and B2C ecommerce retailers. This role is 100% focused on profitable ROI and requires excellent execution of a full range of digital marketing strategies including Paid, SEO, and Content Marketing within the most prolific home ecommerce retailers and marketplaces.
You’ll test, learn, refine and become data driven to maximise our sales potential across the ecommerce channel to drive customer acquisition and retention. You’ll also collaborate with the broader business on creating digital marketing strategies for brand and sales campaigns for other sales channels, including direct selling and affiliate marketing.
Key Accountabilities:
Who we’re looking for
You’ll have at least 3 years’ experience in managing multiple concurrent paid campaigns, ideally on Amazon, utilising AMS, DSP and AMC, as well as being able to demonstrate results of paid media activity and successful ROI. Strong marketing principles and interest in customer journey and brand development are key, and European and international e-commerce and digital marketing experience is preferable.
You’ll have superb analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and articulate learnings with strong attention to detail, along with hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, AMS and other campaign management tools. You’ll have the ability and confidence to communicate with all levels and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders. Strong commercial acumen and ecommerce, CRO and UX understanding will be a key skillset. We’re looking for a strategic yet creative thinker with an eye for design and campaign creation.
