Job description

Title: Business Analyst
Contract: Until December 2025
Start date: ASAP
Salary: £250 - £325 per day (inside IR35)
Location: Manchester
Type: Hybrid (2 days onsite)
Key Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis & Problem-Solving: Identify business challenges and opportunities, developing robust solutions to drive change.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure solutions align with their needs and expectations.
  • Business Case Development: Support the creation of business cases and feasibility studies to justify investments in new solutions.
  • Project Support & Reporting: Assist in tracking project progress, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Operational & Process Design: Develop operational frameworks and process improvements to enhance business efficiency.
  • Risk & Governance: Identify potential risks, support policy development, and strengthen internal controls.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyse data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights and inform decision-making.
  • Change Management: Support smooth implementation of new processes and ensure organisational adoption.
Key Skills Required:
  • Banking Experience: Previous experience in a banking environment is a must.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to assess complex issues, develop solutions, and drive business improvements.
  • Strong Communication & Influence: Ability to convey complex information and influence stakeholders effectively.
