Responsibilities
  1. Providing HRBP support including case work and recruitment.
  2. Ensure resources are used efficiently to support recruitment, including assessment days.
  3. Support management with employee relations cases.
  4. Significant experience of implementing and managing recruitment campaigns.
What you'll need to succeed
  1. Experience in HR Business Partner roles in the education sector, including casework and recruitment.
  2. Well versed in supporting management with employee relations cases.
  3. Significant experience of implementing and managing recruitment campaigns.
  4. CIPD level 5 preferred.
