Area: East, north and south London

Reports to: Group Executive Chef

I am excited to be recruiting for this top group who are looking to bring in a junior executive chef to support their group executive chef. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to be a future executive chef!

The role will involve:

• Supporting sites 80% hands-on
• Monitoring high standards across the groups and brands
• Recruitment, training, and mentoring junior staff
• Menu development with the Group Executive Chef
• Food costing, food systems, and food cost control
