Temporary Admin Officer
Location: The Lightbox, Newcastle
Rate of Pay: £12.08 per hour (paid weekly)
Contract: Temporary, starting as soon as possible until 31/03/25
Hours: 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday, Full-time, office-based during training

Role Overview

As an Admin Officer, you will be responsible for providing guidance, managing data, processing reports, and ensuring smooth office operations. This includes customer engagement, data entry, and post-room duties.

Key Responsibilities

Provide accurate advice and support to internal and external customers
Analyse reports and monitor compliance with agreements
Support driver examiner services by processing test results and updates
Manage mail distribution, print services, and office supplies
Perform administrative tasks, including licence entitlement checks and data reviews

What We're Looking For

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in data analysis and data entry
Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems

Additional Information

100% office attendance required during training, followed by a hybrid working model (60% office-based)
