Location: Remote/Hybrid (London)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated D365 Functional Consultant to join the team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Dynamics 365 to design, implement, and optimise solutions that meet our client's unique business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide strategic guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.

This role will be client facing and require a few days a week to be onsite in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Design and configure Dynamics 365 solutions to meet client needs.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices and industry standards.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Stay up-to date with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a D365 Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service).
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
