Job Title: CDE/BIM Solution Architect

Work Model: Hybrid

Role Description:

• Provide consultation on the interpretation and application of the solution architecture.
• Offer design-related services at the blueprinting level and other phases of development.
• Guide business stakeholders to solutions that maximize National Grid investment in technology.
• Provide thought leadership on innovative technical solutions.
• Identify, own, and support the delivery of global solutions for assigned projects.
• Communicate the solution architecture to all other relevant business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the integrity of solution designs from concept through implementation, balancing architectural concerns of projects with enterprise concerns.

Key Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

• Design and implement CDE/BIM architectures and services.
• Experience in CDE/BIM, ideally using AutoDesk Construction Cloud and its integration with other platforms.
• Relevant industry certification (e.g., TOGAF) (desirable).
• Experience in software development and/or support at an enterprise level.
• Degree-level qualification in a relevant subject (desirable).

Familiarity with software development lifecycle management, product/vendor evaluation, and technology rollout.
