IT Field Service Engineer, Medical PACS Systems

Location: Home-based role covering the South East and surrounding area (site visits on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, home working on Monday and Friday)

Basic Salary: £35,000 to £45,000

Role Overview: Excellent opportunities for IT Field Service Engineers or IT Technical Specialists with experience in Windows, Linux, and SQL to join a global market leader in Medical Software Systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage customer relationships and resolve technical support issues related to Windows, Linux, SQL, server workstations, and connectivity for healthcare informatics and medical imaging customers.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained.

Qualifications:

1. A strong background in an IT field service engineer, IT database administration, or IT technical support role.
2. Experience with one or more of the following technologies: Windows, Linux, SQL, DICOM, HL7, server support, and advanced technologies (front and back end support).
