Job Title: Cleaning Operative
Location: Evesham
Pay: £12.74 per hour
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday to Friday, Dayshift)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform deep cleaning of production areas, warehouses, and offices.
2. Carry out routine cleaning duties: sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising.
3. Operate cleaning equipment such as scrubber dryers and vacuum systems.
4. Manage waste disposal in compliance with company policies.
5. Ensure washrooms and kitchens are cleaned and restocked regularly.
6. Carry out some stock control and facilities management.
7. Maintain external areas like car parks and loading bays.
8. Conduct high-level cleaning and handle PPE distribution.

Who You Are:

1. You have a professional work approach with excellent communication skills.
2. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for cleanliness and safety standards.
3. A team player who can also work independently.
4. Flexible, adaptable, and approachable with a strong safety awareness.
5. Previous experience within a manufacturing background or facilities maintenance is a plus!
6. Knowledge of cleaning procedures and health & safety regulations is essential.
