What you'll bring:

• Assisting in managing kitchen operations, mentoring junior staff and implementing culinary innovations.
• Proven experience in a Sous Chef role, with a strong background in supporting Head Chefs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to different kitchen environments and the creativity to develop exciting high-quality dishes.
