What You’ll Be Doing:

• 2nd Line IT Support – Handling more complex tickets, not just password resets.
• Infrastructure Projects – Supporting improvements and rollouts.
• O365 & Networking – Managing and supporting a range of applications.
• Hardware Setup – Configuring and deploying new desktops and laptops.

What You’ll Need for this IT Support Engineer role:

• 2nd Line IT Support experience – O365, AD, Intune, Windows Server.
• Strong communication skills – You’ll be working with teams across the business.
• Full UK driving licence & car – Travel between sites (mileage paid).
• Security Clearance Eligibility – British Citizen, UK resident for at least 5 years.
