About The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and students in the classroom. Your responsibilities may include:

  1. Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom management.
  2. Providing one-on-one or small group support to students.
  3. Helping students with their learning activities.
  4. Encouraging and motivating students to reach their full potential.
  5. Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN).
  6. Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

About You

  1. A passion for working with children and young people.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
