HSBC Asset Management fulfils its purpose of connecting HSBC’s clients with investment opportunities around the world through an international network of offices in approximately 30 countries, delivering global capabilities with local market insight.
We have an opportunity within HSBC Asset Management business for an Associate Director – UK Insurance Sales.
The UK Institutional Insurance sector represents a significant opportunity for HSBC’s UK Asset Management business given the number of relevant investment capabilities. The Institutional Insurance sector has a specialised sales coverage model provided by colleagues who can adequately position our capabilities within an insurance regulatory framework.
In the early phase of the role you will support the Head of Global Insurance developing the UK insurance business before moving to full portfolio management of tier 2/3 Institutional Insurance clients. You will engage with Institutional Insurance clients to ensure that we are meeting their needs and uncover new commercial opportunities via a proactive sales origination strategy.
