Project Manager

I am recruiting for a Project Manager in multiple locations. These are permanent roles working for a well-respected main contractor on facade & fire remediation projects. The company handles everything from major work projects to small works and reactive maintenance, with a great company culture and is constantly growing!

They have projects starting in Liverpool, Leeds, Sheffield, Birmingham & York starting in the new year!

Benefits:

1. Salary up to £65,000

Responsibilities:

1. Reporting into the Project Director
2. Pre-construction work through to completion
3. Liaison with client and external consultants
4. Responsible for the programme and managing the site team

Requirements:

1. Trades background or HNC in Construction Management
2. Experience working for Façade & Fire remediation projects start to finish
3. Confident IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office
4. Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
5. Background working for a main contractor
6. Knowledge of building process, including general Building Regulations
7. SMSTS
8. First aid qualified
9. CSCS card holder at Manager level
10. Safety trained in Construction Site Safety
