Casual Chef

Location: FI
Rate of pay: £15.50 per hour + 1.5 overtime
Working pattern: Casual basis, working 26 weeks per year, 4 days per week, 40 hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that food is prepared and cooked to a high standard, following recipes and maintaining consistency in flavor and presentation.
• Keep the kitchen and cooking areas clean and organized, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist with stock checks, restocking supplies, and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Work closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations, especially during busy service times.
• Be flexible and adapt to any menu changes or special dietary requests, ensuring the dishes meet customer expectations.
