Annual bonus (10% of basic salary £5k+)

Basic Salary £51,000

Shift allowance payment (£200 per month)

Experience in business-critical environments like data centres or banking.
Electrically biased candidates preferred, but mechanically biased with electrical skills are considered.

Maintain and operate critical systems within the data centre.
Perform routine maintenance and respond to emergencies.

Join an established team at one of the world’s leading data hosting companies! Who are currently seeking two Critical Shift Technicians to support their state-of-the-art facilities in Hertfordshire. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and operate critical systems within the data centre.
Perform routine maintenance and respond to emergencies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Collaborate with other teams to improve system performance and reliability.
Ensure compliance with all safety and operational standards.

Requirements:

Experience in a business-critical environment such as data centres, banking, or pharmaceutical industries.
Ideally, candidates should be electrically biased. However, mechanically biased engineers with multi-skilled electrical experience will also be considered.
Full technical qualification including City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent.
Proactive attitude and readiness to tackle challenges.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
