Our client is a leading grower and supplier of fresh produce, and they are now seeking an experienced Glasshouse Crop Team Leader.

This Glasshouse Crop Team Leader role will achieve the targets set to maintain healthy fresh produce plants and to produce and harvest quality crops all grown in a glasshouse.

We are looking for an experienced Crop Team Leader with skills in growing glasshouse crops. Strong analytical skills, good self-motivation, and a clear focus on end results are essential. Attention to detail and technical skills in all aspects of crop husbandry are key. A related degree in Agriculture is desirable, and PA1 and/or PA6 Spraying Certificates would be beneficial.

A driving licence is essential, and although this role works Monday to Friday, flexibility at the weekend is crucial.
