Location: Lancaster
Salary: £31,668 per annum / £14.50 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 8 pm to 8 am (two-week rolling rota)

Lead a Dedicated Night Team in a Luxury Care Home

Intrepid Global is recruiting for a Care Team Leader (Nights) to join a highly regarded care home in Lancaster. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional to take on a leadership role, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for residents during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and supervise the night care team, ensuring smooth handovers and providing guidance
2. Manage night rotas, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and skill mix
3. Maintain clear and effective communication with the management team, addressing concerns promptly
4. Conduct nightly team meetings, providing feedback and support to staff
5. Oversee medication management, ensuring safe receipt and administration

What We're Looking For

1. NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
2. Significant experience in a similar care setting, with a strong understanding of dementia and elderly care
3. Proven leadership skills with experience supervising and appraising staff
4. Knowledge of medication management and adherence to safety protocols
