£40,000 OTE £60,000 and Company Car

We are one of the UK’s fastest growing dealer groups representing the Volvo, Hyundai, LEVC and Lotus brands across 16 dealerships in London, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, and Essex. We are currently looking for an engaging and highly motivated Used Car Sales Manager to join our team.
What you’ll do
The Used Car Sales Manager will be leading a team of Sales Executives and will focus on used car sales. You will undoubtedly be an experienced people manager with a passion for building excellent customer satisfaction whilst driving forward profitable business expansion. As a customer-focused manager, you will inspire your team to retain loyal customers whilst attracting new business through exceptional customer relations. You will be able to enhance the current team by providing support, coaching and motivation to them.
