Job description

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead their sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This position will be critical in developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the company’s goals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership & Team Management:
    Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
    Set clear sales goals and objectives for team members.
    Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  2. Sales Strategy Development:
    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
    Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
    Collaborate with marketing to drive demand generation and lead acquisition.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    Ensure exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
    Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
  4. Sales Performance Monitoring:
    Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to upper management.
    Adjust strategies and tactics based on performance data and feedback.
    Implement best practices and maintain a consistent sales process.
  5. Training & Development:
    Facilitate training programs for new and existing sales team members.
    Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the sales department.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
  2. Strong knowledge of sales techniques, CRM tools, and data analysis.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.

Hours for this role are 9am to 5pm.
