Leadership & Management Apprenticeship Trainer/Skills Coach
Location: Stafford (Hybrid – 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role
Are you passionate about supporting apprentices in Leadership & Management? Do you have experience coaching learners to help them achieve their full potential? If so, this could be the perfect role for you!

We’re working with a well-established Apprenticeship Training Provider & End-Point Assessment Organisation rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted (2023). They specialise in delivering Level 3, Level 4, and Level 5 apprenticeships in Team Leading & Management and are expanding to introduce new standards in the coming year.

As a Leadership & Management Apprenticeship Trainer/Skills Coach, you’ll play a key role in delivering engaging learning experiences and guiding apprentices through their qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver engaging training sessions every 4-6 weeks in a classroom setting
  2. Coach learners to develop leadership and management behaviours and build professional portfolios
  3. Manage a caseload of learners and conduct reviews every 10-12 weeks
  4. Work collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts and Employer Liaison teams
  5. Prepare learners for End-Point Assessment (EPA), including mock interviews and professional discussions
  6. Embed Functional Skills where relevant, in collaboration with subcontracted providers
  7. Provide Additional Learning Support (ALS) and drop-in sessions

What We’re Looking For:
  1. Experience delivering Leadership & Management apprenticeships up to Level 5
  2. Strong coaching & mentoring skills to support learners in achieving their qualifications
  3. Experience using e-portfolio systems (OneFile knowledge is a plus)
  4. Recognised teaching or coaching qualification (e.g., AET, CAVA, Assessor qualification)
  5. Level 5 Management qualification or equivalent vocational experience in Management
  6. Excellent communication and organisational skills
