The opportunity
Our team has grown from strength to strength and we are looking for an ambitious individual to join us at paralegal level. There may be opportunity to study towards CILEX/SQE as part of your ongoing development.
We are looking for a self-motivated, organised individual with a positive, "can-do" attitude. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, take ownership of tasks, go the extra mile, and be proactive in their career development.
Our Commercial Real Estate team are one of the fastest growing real estate practices, having more than doubled income and significantly strengthened the team over the last two and half years. With the support of Planning and Construction, we have one of the best integrated teams. We act for local and national developers, pension funds and venture capitalists as well as foreign investors on projects throughout the UK.
Part of our Infrastructure and Specialist Markets business group which comprises Residential Development, Commercial Property & Development and Building Communities supported by Social Housing, Town Planners, Energy, Education and Infrastructure project specialists. This is an exciting time to join a passionate group of people, responsible for driving the business unit forward.

We have hubs in Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Leicester, London, Milton Keynes, Nottingham, Solihull, Southampton, Stratford-upon-Avon, Lincoln and Sheffield. This role will be a hybrid of home based with travel as required into our Milton Keynes hub, ideally three times a week but to include the team day in the office which is currently a Tuesday and Thursday, but is subject to change.
