Firewalls - FortiGate or Palo Alto - SC Clearance

Initial 2 month contract with likely extensions

Our key Consulting partner urgently requires the services of a Senior Network Engineer to deliver a Firewall workstream.

Current SC Clearance is ESSENTIAL!!

We're looking for a specialist in the Firewall Management space!!

The engagement will be initially 2 months with very likely extensions onto the next phase.

Role profile for the Firewall workstream:

• We need a person who must have led the discovery, planning and implementation to simplify and optimise a large enterprise estate of firewalls and their rule sets.
• Must have FortiGate and/or Palo Alto experience.
• Must have produced supporting documentation regarding audited current state, optimal end state and transition states of change.
• Must be really engaging with customers (technical team leads) and pro-active about sourcing information where there are gaps, no sitting back waiting!
• Must have experience of putting in place BAU processes and best practice governance of firewall management.
• We need a person with real world Firewall experience and knowledge to lead those discussions.
• We need to hear about previous customers the Engineer they completed these projects with and not just be told about the theory.
