Job Title: Digital Automation Marketing Manager (Remote - Minimal Travel)

Duration: 3-month contract-to-hire

Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Boston, MA)

Hourly Rate: $30–35 per hour (W2)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in comprehensive training on marketing automation tools, specifically Marketo, to enhance your expertise.
  • Develop and implement captivating email and event marketing campaigns, monitoring their deployment and performance while applying A/B testing techniques to optimize outcomes.
  • Optimize graduate program web pages to maximize conversions, utilizing Google Analytics for data analysis, in collaboration with the Web Manager and external agencies to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently using Trello, ensuring deadlines are met without the need for constant supervision.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to align campaign strategies and execution across various channels and platforms.
  • Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics to provide insightful feedback for ongoing improvement.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, particularly in web and email campaign management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to effectively juggle multiple initiatives and timelines.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to tools like Marketo, focusing on campaign deployment and performance analysis.
  • Ability to think critically, developing strategies that extend beyond basic campaign execution, ensuring the optimization of all efforts.
  • Proven capability in fostering remote relationships and collaborating efficiently with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient presentation skills to communicate ideas and campaign outcomes confidently in both written and verbal formats.
