Controls System Engineer

Aberdeen (Relocation Support Considered)

Our client is a leader in process control and safety systems, providing topside production control, subsea control, and telemetry monitoring. If you have experience with DeltaV equipment, PLCs, and SCADA, please do get in touch.

Key Responsibilities - Control System Engineer

1. Candidates will be involved with and responsible for control system projects.
2. Support involving documentation, design, configuration, testing, installation, and commissioning along with general support.
3. Largely working with DeltaV systems, but also other PLC/SCADA systems.
4. Onshore and offshore site work and flexibility to travel offshore is required.

Qualifications & Experience - Control System Engineer

1. Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience in control systems integration.
2. Undertake design, configuration, implementation, testing, installation, and commissioning roles.
3. Experience in the implementation/support/modification of systems for process, safety, or electrical control.
4. Experience with subsea production control systems.
5. Familiarity with electronics, PLC/SCADA/DCS, Emerson DeltaV, Intellution iFIX, Allen Bradley PLC, Schneider PLCs, Siemens PLCs, VTScada.
