- Maintain stock accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Experience and Knowledge requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse operations and team leadership.
- Strong Health & Safety knowledge and a track record of safe practices.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
- Hands-on leadership style with a focus on collaboration.
- Physical ability to manage warehouse activities (standing, lifting up to 20kg).
