Job description

We are seeking talented and motivated Part II and Part III Architects to join a dynamic studio based in dreamy Sevenoaks. This is a rare opportunity for ambitious professionals who are looking to further their careers in architecture and work on a diverse range of exciting projects.


Role Overview:As a Part II or Part III Architect, you will play a key role in the design, development, and delivery of projects, working closely with senior architects and clients. You will be involved in all stages of the architectural process, from concept design through to project completion.
Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating on the design and development of projects from initial concept to completion.
  • Preparing design proposals, technical drawings, and presentations.
  • Managing project documentation and liaising with consultants and contractors.
  • Conducting site visits and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Supporting clients and stakeholders through various stages of the project lifecycle.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Part II or Part III qualified (RIBA or equivalent).
  • Experience in a professional architectural practice, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, and other relevant design software.
  • Strong design and technical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience with UK building regulations and planning processes is essential.
