Senior Marketing Executive (B2B & B2C) – Home Based

About the Role
ERG is expanding its marketing capabilities across B2B, B2C, and Corporate Audiences. This is an exciting hands-on opportunity for a well-rounded marketing executive to join a growing team and contribute to its ambitious growth plan.
The Senior Marketing Executive will support the CMO directly with a specific focus on direct channels such as email marketing and social media across B2B and B2C. The successful candidate will also support the coordination and delivery of our marketing partnerships with our partners and be able to create fresh content across different brands that target financial advisers and home owners over the age of 50.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of quarterly engagement strategies for B2B and B2C audiences.
- Design, implement, and measure email and social engagement strategies.
- Develop and optimise marketing content that supports customer and financial adviser decision-making, such as support packs, articles, and general marketing tools.
Content Creation & Brand Communications
- Develop B2B and corporate promotional materials, including product sales aids, pitch presentations, and process visualisations.
- Produce engaging content and assets for multiple channels such as email and social, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Regularly review and update marketing content to ensure compliance and relevance.
Performance Tracking, Data Management & Analysis
- Provide regular marketing performance updates and insights.
- Be confident in managing e-mail lists and opt out processes using Mailchimp or similar emailing software.
- Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities, ensuring timely execution of activity.
- Work closely with internal teams, senior stakeholders, and external marketing agencies.
- Manage marketing projects efficiently, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Plan and diarise activity as part of our marketing partnerships with lenders and providers.
Person Specification
- Passionate and customer-focused marketer with a background in financial services or a similar regulated industry.
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Familiar with the Adobe Design Suite (InDesign).
- Ability to work independently, with daily check ins with support from the wider team.
- Confident using marketing tools such as Mailchimp (email marketing) and familiar with LinkedIn.
- Strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
