We specialise in Cyber Security and Tech recruitment, and while experience in this field is ideal, it's not essential. What matters most is your passion, your motivation, and your ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment where you can truly make an impact.

Role Overview:

As a Cyber Security Recruitment Consultant at Cyberforce Global, you'll be at the forefront of our talent acquisition efforts, working on a range of exciting roles across the cyber security sector. You'll manage relationships with over 20 clients and 40+ active roles, working collaboratively with a high-performing team to deliver results. We prioritize quality over quantity, focusing on maintaining strong client relationships rather than getting bogged down with rigid KPIs.

You’ll be responsible for sourcing and placing exceptional candidates, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and providing top-tier service to both clients and candidates. At Cyberforce, we believe in giving our consultants the autonomy to excel and the tools to succeed, all within a supportive, fun, and dynamic team environment. Experience with 360 recruitment is desired but not essential. We have an amazing team of New Biz experts who can train you in no time.
