The Company:
Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a new role/challenge?
Do you have experience within the Industrial/Warehouse sector?

Currently representing a Main Contractor with a regional office located along the M40 corridor. They currently enjoy a turnover of £60 million and operate within 2 key sectors: Multi-rooms & Industrial Warehouse, with the majority of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature. Our client has recently secured a new scheme located close to Reading, Berkshire. The project has a contract value of £15 million and a duration of 12 months. The scheme is due to commence on site in late September and you will report to a visiting Commercial Manager.

About You:

1. Experience of Commercially & Contractually managing a scheme up to the value of £10 million.
2. Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
3. Reside within commutable distance of Reading.
4. Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor.
