Partner with the best

As a Field Specialist, you will work under general supervision to develop and apply skills required to run applications of increasing complexity in the Wellbore Intervention product group. You will provide front-line support with customers and accurately complete all paperwork prior to or upon completion of jobs. You will conduct all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements, and Baker Hughes Core Values.

As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Running multiple applications of medium risk in one or more product lines in the Wellbore Intervention Product Group.
• Being competent in running lower risk applications in other product groups.
• Having general knowledge of drilling and completion techniques and drilling/work over rig operations.
• Installing equipment following technical documentation and using a variety of tools.
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to design and execute best solutions.
• Following internal Health, Safety and Environment policies to ensure safety and compliance.

• Hold a technical qualification.
• Demonstrate industry experience.
• Have a general knowledge of drilling and completion techniques and drilling/work over rig operations.
• Have a good mechanical aptitude.
• Be willing to carry out additional onshore based training to gain the required level of competency with Baker Hughes specific technologies.
• Be able to work well and communicate effectively with others.
