Business Development Manager - UK & Ireland

Spherical Search has recently partnered with Emball’iso, a leading name in cold chain packaging, to recruit a Business Development Manager based in the UK or Ireland, covering the UK & Ireland market.

EMBALL’ISO is a leader in the design, qualification and manufacturing of high-performance temperature-controlled packaging systems for the transport of temperature sensitive biopharmaceutical products. They are present in 5 continents with production sites, warehouses and facilities across the globe.

With 30 years of experience, their product range is extensive and can cover all aspects of thermal and capacity requirements: from the single vial to pallets of products and for temperatures ranging from -80°C to below +30°C.

EMBALL’ISO is looking for a Business Development Manager to expand their presence in the UK & Ireland. You will acquire and manage pharmaceutical & biotech customers, develop logistics partnerships, and lead global projects while ensuring high-quality service.

This role requires experience in business development, strong negotiation skills, and a network in the pharma or logistics industry. Fluency in English is essential; French is a plus. The position is remote, with regular travel across the UK/Ireland and occasional visits to the HQ in France and other European locations.
