An Installation Engineer is required to support the client’s activities worldwide on different projects and provide technical leadership within the Naval and Marine Operation discipline.
The main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Candidate must be highly experienced in preparation of ITTs and follow-up of offshore transportation and installation contracts, in particular relevant to fixed platforms, sealines, risers, umbilicals, flexible lines, FPSO and subsea structures.
Significant experience of working on or monitoring of FEED and EPCI of T&I projects and ability to interface with other disciplines.
Seagoing experience as an Installation Contractor, Project Operation Engineer and/or Company Representative for the offshore installation and pre-commissioning of fixed platforms, sealines, umbilicals, flexible lines, FPSO, FLNG and subsea structures.
Good knowledge of technologies, vessels and equipment used for loading, transportation, installation, pre-commissioning and hook up of subsea and offshore structures is required.
Knowledge of offshore installation international rules for installation of offshore structures.
Yard experience of offshore structures preparation for the installation, mechanical completion and load-out would be a major advantage for this position.
OPITO certified for offshore travel would be preferable to cover this position.
