Head of Finance

A market-leading services business, part of a much larger group, is seeking an accomplished Head of Finance to lead its finance function. This is the #1 finance role for the entity, offering the opportunity to drive strategy, oversee end-to-end finance operations, and manage a team of five.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of the finance function, including reporting, forecasting, and controls.
• Partnering with senior leadership to shape financial strategy and commercial decision-making.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing finance team.
• Driving efficiency and process improvements within a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Ensuring compliance and financial integrity in line with group standards.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified finance professional (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with experience in a similar leadership role.
• Strong technical expertise combined with commercial acumen; this is a real end-to-end Finance role.
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams in a dynamic business environment.
• Experience in a multi-entity or group structure would be advantageous.
