Primary School Teacher - Summer 2025, potentially longer term/perm
Location: Tendring/Colchester
Contract: Temporary (with potential for extension)
Start Date: Easter 2025 (immediate interviews)

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teacher on behalf of a wonderful client school in the Tendring/Colchester area of Essex.

Whether you are an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), this role presents an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners. Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
2. Create an inclusive and positive classroom environment where all children can flourish.
3. Encourage a love for learning by fostering a supportive and stimulating atmosphere.
4. Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents to enhance the students' educational experience.
5. Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support development.
6. Participate in ongoing professional development to continually refine your teaching practice.

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
2. A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
