What you'll be doing:

• Raw material and product quality control
• Ensure that all Key performance indicators are met
• Undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required
• Reduction in downtime through continuous improvement
• Carry out routine plant inspections and adjustments/operations as required, collecting and recording plant data
• Work within the company's Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental Management System and all relevant legislation
• Undertake continuing personal development to enhance knowledge & skills relevant to the role

What we're looking for:

• Conscientious
• Good time keeper
• Ability to make real-time decisions
• IT literacy for reporting purposes (not essential)
• Good interpersonal and team working skills
• Flexible, with a creative approach to problem-solving
• Self-motivated
• Willing to learn and develop current skill sets
• Physically fit and able to work at height (climbing ladders to a height of 20 metres may be required)
