Position Overview:
Service Coordinator
The Service Coordinator is an administrative role that serves as the primary liaison between clients and Direct Support Professionals. This position is pivotal in ensuring seamless service delivery and includes responsibilities such as onboarding new clients, facilitating introductions between clients and DSPs, coordinating community events, and managing schedules. Key functions include:
- New client acquisitions and meetings.
- Client outreach and engagement.
- Planning and executing client-focused events.
Training Period:
This position includes a two-week training period at our headquarters in McMinnville, Oregon. During this time, per diem will be provided to cover lodging and meal expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit enthusiasm and a commitment to clients and the community.
- Develop and maintain respectful, cooperative working relationships with families, the community, and the Essential Services LLC administrative team.
- Contribute to a safe workplace and work to reduce workplace injuries.
- Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and safekeeping of agency records.
- Adhere to all relevant legislation, policies, standards, and procedures established by Essential Services LLC.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 21 years of age.
- Successfully passed a DHS criminal history check.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication skills (SMS, email, phone, and in-person).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Fill & Sign, Adobe PDF, Internet Explorer, Windows, and other phone- and computer-based applications.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and exercise sound judgment.
- Strong team player, aligned with the mission and core values of Essential Services LLC.
- No substantiated abuse or neglect findings by DHS, CDDP, or other authorities.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (if driving is required).
Job Details:
- Type: Full-Time Remote
- Compensation: $4,000 per month
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
