Salary: Up to £50,000 Depending on experience

We are currently recruiting a Lead Rotary Driller to work with our client who specializes in geotechnical, geo-environmental, and ground investigation services. Roles & Responsibilities

1. Operation of multi-purpose geotechnical drilling rigs
2. Onsite drilling operations and management of drilling support operatives
3. Undertake geotechnical sampling, coring, open holding, and in-situ testing to recognized industry standards
4. High-quality installation of geotechnical and geo-environmental monitoring equipment
5. Create daily driller log sheets
6. Follow company H&S procedures

Your Skills and Experience

1. In-depth working knowledge of drilling rigs and their capabilities
2. Minimum 2 years lead rotary drilling experience is required
3. Good knowledge of the UK ground investigation industry standards and working practices
4. Happy to work all over the UK and stay away overnight
5. Good planning and time management skills
6. Industry relevant tickets/qualifications ideally: CSCS, Shea Gas, BESC, PTS, CAT, manual handling, and first aid
7. Good communicator as will be dealing with clients and staff
8. Clean driving license ideally with entitlement for towing and driving vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes
