Thank you for your interest in the vacancy for Administrative Assistant at the Ellis Guilford School.
This role is to provide administrative services and support across the school, ensuring operations are maintained in an effective and efficient manner. This will include helping to manage our student helpdesk, ensuring pupils gain access to support services throughout the school day including first aid.
We are looking for candidates with experience of working in a fast-paced customer-facing role, ideally within an educational setting although this is not essential. The ideal candidate will be confident, resilient, and able to respond calmly under pressure.
