Join to apply for the Restaurant General Manager - LONDON role at Tigermilk Group.

To support Tigermilk's expansion, we're looking for an Operations Manager who will ensure the smooth running of our restaurants, the quality of operations, their profitability, and ultimately, customer satisfaction.

As the Operations Manager based in London, your role will be to ensure this operational excellence, in a context of strong growth, while maintaining Tigermilk standards (quality, satisfaction and performance).

Your Main Tasks Will Be
Operations Management
  • You will manage your restaurant's operational team, giving them the tools they need to achieve their objectives and improve productivity on a daily basis.
  • You navigate through functions as diverse as operations, finance, supply chain, human resources, and work with HQ to achieve your goals.
  • You solve operational problems, in liaison with head office.
  • You monitor quality of service and execution of operations.
  • You attract and retain talent.
  • You place orders for your restaurant and manage stock in line with material cost targets.
Profit center performance
  • You monitor and analyze set KPIs and establish strategies to meet targets.
  • You guarantee profitability ratios, and maintain operational and financial efficiency.
  • You control and "own" the P&L of each facility, as well as the consolidated financial statements.
Customer Experience
  • You are a key player in customer experience: you monitor the various indicators and KPIs linked to quality of experience and customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
  • You work closely with your team to ensure consistent communication.
  • You ensure that your teams adhere to Tigermilk experience best practices.
