• Proficient skills in either Photoshop, Canva or similar software
• Fluent in Social Media - Stay up to date with current technologies and trends
• Able to work to strict deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Must take and use initiative within their role
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable and honest
• Skill set in videography + video editing
• Excellent attention to detail
• Great team player
• A pro-active and can-do attitude
• A creative person - full of ideas
• Educated to A-Level standard. A degree is desirable, but not essential

What will you be doing?

As a Content Creator, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

Role Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, engaging, and original content for various platforms, including graphics, photo assets, videos, and infographics
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to generate innovative content ideas
• Ensure all social media content is aligned with marketing goals and the BGB brand identity and tone of voice
• Work with the Media Team to stick to content calendar deadlines and create content fitting with the BGB brand
• Implement social media strategy to align with BGB’s vision and goals (Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok and Newsletter)
• Interact with social media followers and accounts - AD HOC, mostly responding to comments and making the account look active and personable
• Key Help on Event days, getting key content for our socials and keeping our socials active during event day
• Capturing exclusive content for our ‘Close Friends on IG’
• Cleaning where needed
• Work closely with the BGB Team and assist where needed
