Base Pay Range

Account Director for an IT Services Organization

  • Driving growth, innovation, and efficiency with intelligent technology.
  • Cloud-native solutions to transform businesses, unlock data, and improve the customer experience.
  • Ambitions to grow to £100 million and continue their global expansion.
  • Location is flexible; can be based anywhere in England.

The Role:

  • Start building the strategy to enable growth of the company both domestically and internationally.
  • Managing existing accounts.
  • Drive commercial growth while supporting the company’s purpose to provide a successful community ecosystem.
  • Bring in a network of industry contacts to enhance and strengthen the business.
  • Reporting to the CEO, you will have a great degree of autonomy to outline your playbook and build a team that can drive deals for growth.

The Candidate:

  • Experience in selling IT Services, Azure Services, Software Development Services, Cloud Migration, Digital Transformation, etc.
  • Evidence of growing revenues from £45m to £80-100m.
  • High IQ and EQ to work with empathy in an organisation with a unique culture.
  • Technically aware of the latest trends and practices at a high level.
  • Well versed in agile and lean practices.

The Company:

  • Digital transformation/cloud/agile software development/software and product development/ML.
  • Clients in Media/Finance/Retail/Telco.

Base £90k OTE up to Double
