You will join a brand new Data team with a Data Engineer, BI Analyst, and Data Manager looking to harness their data to enhance decision-making, strategic planning, and operational effectiveness.

Role: IT Business Partner - aka Business Analyst, Project Manager, Delivery Partner, Data Business Analyst

Salary: 55.6K + Bonus + 11% Pension + 25 days rising to 29 days + Lots of freebies and discounts – Salary review pending

Location: SW London / Surrey (2 days a week in the office, 3 days WFH) - 36 hr week

About the role:

Working underneath a Programme Manager as a BA/PM, you'll build and manage relationships with stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams to deliver data projects from start to finish. You will collaborate with business and IT teams to define business requirements and objectives, conduct business options analysis, align solutions to business and IT strategy, and perform business process analysis/optimisation.

To be successful:

You should have experience in the following:

Stakeholder / Relationship Management
Business Analysis / Requirement gathering
Experience of Data Projects (e.g., Data Analytics, Data Warehouse, etc.)
Acceptance Testing
Experience of managing projects

Any experience of the following is a bonus:

SQL / RDBMS
Cloud-based Data Platforms
Microsoft Synapse, Fabric, or Snowflake / Matillion
