Engagement Specialist Tutor

Location: Derbyshire, Long Eaton

Job Duties:

1. Provide engaging and interactive tutoring sessions to students
2. Create and deliver tailored learning materials to meet individual student needs
3. Monitor student progress and provide feedback for improvement
4. Collaborate with other stakeholders to enhance the learning experience
5. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance

Qualifications:

1. Valid teaching qualification
2. Proven experience in tutoring or teaching
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong understanding of educational principles and learning styles
5. Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different student needs
