Carpenter Multi Trade

We are currently looking for a Carpenter Multi Trade to carry out day to day repairs on social housing properties around Warwickshire.

The Carpenter Multi Trade will have to complete repairs using their skillset, which should include:

1. Carpentry
2. Plumbing
3. Patch plastering
4. Tiling
5. Other trades you are competent in

I am looking to speak to a Carpenter Multi Trade who:

1. Has experience working on social housing contracts
2. Has their own van
3. Has a clear criminal record (DBS checks will be required)

In return, the Carpenter Multi Trade will receive:

1. £21 - 23 per hour
2. Fuel Expenses
3. 40 hours per week on a long term contract
