About the Role: This role is ideal for a Trade Mark Paralegal with proven experience in portfolio management and trade mark prosecution. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of tasks, providing expert support to clients and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Roles and Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting and assessing trade mark searches and clearances
  2. Drafting and filing UK and international trade mark applications
  3. Advising clients on the registrability and strength of trade marks
  4. Managing communications from trade mark offices and liaising with clients regarding official correspondence
  5. Handling the renewal and maintenance of trade mark registrations
  6. Supporting the team in managing trade mark disputes, including oppositions and cancellation actions

Your Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate will bring:

  1. Experience in trade mark portfolio management, gained either in private practice or an in-house environment
  2. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  3. Proficiency with trade mark databases and online research tools
